CLASSROOM ALLOWANCES
The purpose of the Elliott PTO Classroom Allowances is to reimburse classroom teachers (including specials classes) to diffuse any out-of-pocket expenses on items to be used in classrooms - additional supplies, snacks, organizational tools, incentive rewards, etc. We are funded to give out up to $175.00 per teacher for these costs. The annual application deadline is May 1. One application per school year per classroom teacher (including specials classes) is allowed.
GRADE LEVEL GRANTS
In 2025-2026, Eads PTO has budgeted $1,500 total for grade level grants to be distributed on a first-come, first serve basis. These are to be used for the entire grade by all students. Grants are to be approved by our principal. Please provide the request prior to ordering or purchasing the material, as we can only approve grants for which we have remaining funds to distribute.
field trip request forms
Eads PTO is excited to help offset the cost of field trips for our students! Each grade level has a designated amount of money to spend toward field trips. Please provide the invoice to our PTO mailbox with the Request Form filled out.
Pre-K and Aspire: $200 each
Grades 1-3: $400 each
Grade 4: $5000 (buses for the Indianapolis trip)
Grade 5: $1500
